ANESTHESIA
- MaxTuck™ is performed with tumescent local anesthesia and gentle IV sedation. That’s right, you DO NOT NEED GENERAL!

- By choosing MaxTuck™, you can avoid the complications and concerns that often come with general anesthesia.
- In addition to the anesthesia, the surgeon also performs a TAP Block during the procedure. This nerve block temporarily numbs the nerves responsible for sensation in the abdominal muscles, resulting in up to 80% less discomfort following the surgery.
- 90% of patients are off prescription pain medication by day 3. At day 7, 95% of patients are report 0/10 pain.

BUTTERFLY SKIN REMOVAL

RECOVERY AND POST-OPERATIVE ASSISTANCE
Most of our patients can resume work within 1 week after undergoing MaxTuck™ procedure.
MaxTuck™ achieves a faster recovery by eliminating or reducing the unnecessary trauma of traditional abdominoplasty to the muscles, fat, and skin.
Furthermore, the procedure is performed using tumescent local anesthesia and gentle IV sedation instead of general anesthesia (that’s right, NO GENERAL!). This allows patients to have a faster recovery and avoid unnecessary risks.

OUT OF TOWN FOR SURGERY
The majority of MaxTuck™ patients are out-of-town guests. We have designed many steps to assist our guests during their stay in Palm Beach and enhance their recovery experience.
POSTOPERATIVE ASSISTANCE
All MaxTuck™ patients receive nursing assistance for 6 hours during their first 4 days. The nursing staff assists the patient with activities of daily living, hygiene, dressing, and transportation to the hotel or clinic.
Massage sessions are also provided during the stay to reduce inflammation and swelling. These services are included in the cost of the procedure.
PLACE OF STAY AND LOCATIONS
We have partnered with several hotels with discounted rates for our patients. Some stay at alternative hotels or at an Airbnb. We recommend staying at hotels within 25min from our facilities located at 3319 S State Road 7, Ste 105. Wellington, FL.
AIRPORTS AND AIR TRAVEL
There are multiple options for air travel. The closest airports are:

We require a minimum 7-day after-surgery stay in Palm Beach. Patients stay anywhere from 7-14 days depending on the procedures performed.

We perform our initial evaluations for out-of-town guests via a Zoom appointment. The doctors meet with you for at least 30 minutes to perform an exam, explain the procedure, and understand your goals. If you decide to book, the doctor will see you through a Zoom appointment 2-3 weeks before surgery once again to ensure there are no changes in your health or body goals. The patients meet our doctor in person the day before the surgery and receive day-of-surgery instructions. After the surgery, you are seen at least 4 times before you depart from Palm Beach.
Once our patients are back home, we see them for follow-up appointments at week 2, 3, 4, and 6. After these initial appointments, there are further follow-up visits at months 3,6, and 12. ALL of the follow-up visits are with the surgeon to ensure great care and follow-up. These follow-ups are done virtually from the comfort of your home.
